Build #9 Released


Build #9 - October 23rd, 2023

Lots new content this build! I've added some new Triggers, taken some out of rotation, and tweaked a few for balance (Boom got a nerf, Portal got a buff)

Content

  • (ADDED) Cloud : Once per drop, when bonked by an Iceball, trigger a cloudburst!
  • (ADDED) Piggy Bonk : When a coin hits Piggy Bonk, deposit it. For every 5 coins in Piggy Bonk, drop a Coinball at the start of the drop.
  • (ADDED) Added Bowguette and Bullseye. Once per drop, Bowguette will fire at furthest Bullseye when bonked. Let your aim be true!
  • (UPDATED) Broom now only spawns a Coinball once per drop.
  • (UPDATED) Portal now teleports the ball to a random Portal *ABOVE IT* that the ball hasn't bonked yet.
  • (ROTATED) Dark Stopwatch, Stopwatch, Pan, and Roo have rotated out.

Balance

  • Expanded trigger collider by 300%. Halves should hit triggers more reliably now.
  • Cut halves of balls now maintain their ball's angular and linear velocity, plus some jiggle. Before they spawned at zero velocity.

Quality of Life

  • Display synergies in tooltips.
  • When you choose a trigger in the Lab, it stays selected until you dismiss it with right click.
  • Make speed buttons match import/export buttons in size + style.

Fixes

  • Cleanup balls after soft lock.
  • Properly give Iceball a 3s lifetime after being spit out of the Whale, so it doesn't soft lock.
